Personal Laptop Support

Computer Support will provide support for assistance in connecting to college/university resources with instructional documentation. CIS Help Desk students are limited to the work performed on personal machines. The student owner must be present and assist in performing all necessary steps to test and diagnosis connectivity.

Computer Support staff and student workers are not responsible for any loss of data or functionality while assisting the students in connecting to university/college resources.

In situations where CS Helpdesk SW's are unable to provide assistance the Senior IT Associate will provide assistance in diagnosis.

The Texas A&M Computing and Information Services (CIS) Help Desk can provide hardware/software support. For more information please refer to CIS's webpages for Help Desk Central and Getting Help.
